Community events over the past weekend
This past weekend proved to be quite busy, but in a fun rather than grueling way! On Friday, we had our first community event of the year. The activity was to create a collaborative story given a prompt and characters. If you missed it, you can find the magnificent document here. After spending all of Friday writing it, we held a poll for how/when to read it, and the winner was for us (Dovah and Gamma) to read it aloud during the game stream.
On Saturday, we had both our monthly exclusive Patreon dev stream hour (available to Crown and Throne tiers) and weekly dev stream, as well as our first game stream of the year! Lots of streaming happened, and as a result, we managed to acquire the Twitch Affiliate title. One step closer to the full-time streamer career, perhaps?! (Only if it does not interfere with game development of course.)
During the game stream, we played Dr. Frank’s Build-A-Boyfriend (and had an early death), read through the community doc, and played Gris.
The weekend was a bit of an exhausting marathon, but we had a lot of fun, and we hope everyone else did too. Make sure to check the #events and #gaming channels in Discord to hear about the next scheduled activities!
